SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER
Job Description: Full-time with benefits. Responsible for designing and implementing a multi-sensory individualized educational plan (IEP) for severely emotionally disturbed (SED) children in a self-contained classroom and maintaining a classroom environment that is conducive to effective individual diagnosis, prescription, correction and evaluation. Requires CA Special Education Credential. Ability to pass criminal background check, physical, drug screen & maintain good driving record.

CHILD ADVOCATE
Job Description: Full-time with benefits; Mon. - Fri. Under the direct supervision of the Unit Supervisor, the Child Advocate/Counselor ensures quality of client care through contract compliance, performance measures and relationship building. Duties include those of a child care counselor in addition to monitoring of discharge plan goals, permanency planning, home passes, incident reporting, needs and services planning coordination and other advocacy responsibilities. Requires AA degree with 2-yrs full-time case management or related administrative support experience -or- related BA degree with 1-year full-time experience.

BEHAVIOR INTERVENTION MANAGER (EDUCATION PROGRAM)
Job Description: Full-time with benefits. Manager of behavioral intervention for non-public school program. Oversees day-to-day management of direct services, recruitment, supervision and training of all professional staff and behaviorists. Carries full billable caseload. Also responsible for developing and sustaining policies and programs to implement student IEP’s. Must be licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – or- credentialed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); MA in Counseling Psychology with 2 years experience -or- Social Worker with 2-years experience -or- Psychologist with 3 years experience.

SPEECH & LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Job Description: Full-time with benefits. Non-public school program for children is seeking a qualified Speech & Language Pathologist to join our team. Provides therapy sessions to students, evaluates and develops strategies for services, attends Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings. Must be licensed with Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board. Prior experience preferred.

MENTAL HEALTH REHAB SPECIALIST (MHRS):
Job Description: Full-time with benefits. Proven MHRS to conduct groups for SED children. BA degree with 4 years experience or 2 years graduate work with 2 years experience in a mental health setting. Must be proficient in LA County Dept of Mental Health paperwork. Experience in chemical dependency beneficial.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Job Description: Responsible for managing the financial and accounting operations of the organization including budgeting, auditing, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, and accounting records. Prior experience and CPA preferred

THERAPIST
Job Description: Full-time with benefits. Responsible for the therapeutic goals and interventions of assigned clients and their families related to the implementation of the Client Care Coordination Plan. Overall responsibility for client records, and develops reports and pertinent information regarding clients’ needs and services in accordance with established policies and procedures and contractual obligations. Responsible for service/treatment planning and documentation for client cases. Requirements: MFT/MFTI or PhD waiverable required. Experience with L.A. County Dept of Mental Health documentation & billing highly desirable.
