LeRoy Haynes Center follows the California Association of Services for Children requirements with regard to initial in-service training. New employees undergo a minimum of 14-hours of classroom style instruction in addition to 40-hours of shadow training with staff.

• Child Abuse Reporting Requirements and Discipline Policies & Procedures
• Treatment Planning
• Crisis Prevention and Intervention
• CPR, First Aid

In-Service training takes place on a regular basis for current staff members.
